Lentil Flour (77%), Salt, Rice Flour, Coconut Oil, Raising Agent (529).
Preparation Instructions
Cooking Instructions: To Fry 1. Heat 3-5 cm vegetable oil in a frying pan or deep fryer. Test oil by adding a small piece of pappadum - if it fries immediately, oil is hot enough. 2. Fry each pappadum for 8-10 seconds (cook individually). 3. Remove from oil with tongs and drain on paper towel. Caution: Never leave hot oil unattended. To Microwave 1. Lightly brush both sides of pappadums with vegetable oil. 2. Place pappadum in microwave and cover with paper towel. 3. Cook on high for 25 seconds or until expanded (as cooking times may vary).

Storage Instructions
Once opened, store in a sealed container in a cool, dry place.
